Whilst we more often than not have ready-made stock on hand, our candles are hand poured-to-order.
Items are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post (both tracked) within 1-4 business days of your order being placed. As a small business, this allows time to custom pour, carefully package and ship your order. Transit time can range from 1 to 9 business days depending upon your location in Australia.
Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address details, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking advice. Please note, that whilst we will do our best to help you locate any missing parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for these once they have left our studio.
Our shipping rates are as below -
● $8 flat rate for candle purchases within Australia (Standard Tracked Shipping)
● $15 flat rate for candle purchases within Australia (Express Tracked Shipping)
We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $150. Please use code “FREESHIPPING150” at checkout.
RETURNS / DAMAGED ITEMS
The uttermost care is taken when wrapping orders for posting. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including a description of the damage and photographic evidence, as well as your online order number within 7 days of arrival. The products must be returned in an unused condition. If appropriate, a refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned goods. If the product is returned in an unused condition we will happily replace the product. Any product that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged, and a replacement or refund will not be awarded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind. If the scent you have chosen is not to your liking, we will happily exchange your purchase with another of our beautiful scents (from the same range/price value). Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not available on candles purchased on sale. In order to successfully exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:
- Email email@example.com with your purchase number, and new scent you would like to receive.
- The original order must be returned in an unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense. If there is damage to the packaging and/or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
- LIT will send out the exchange product with free shipping.
Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return, for it to be processed. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction.
